General Shipping Information

Shipping will take 3-7 business days depending on your item and location,
with up to 48 hours of handling time.
All our shipments will have tracking
information sent to you via email. If you have not received your items
after the 7th business day, or the item you received is damaged or broken, please
email us at ourgolfgarage@gmail.com.

IMPORTANT: If UPS can’t deliver to your address, the order may be
cancelled. If this is the case, we will reach out regarding alternative carrier
costs, in which you may be subject to the difference in cost.

The primary shipping carrier supported is UPS. This ultimately depends on
what items were ordered (ex. golf balls, headcovers) will ship via USPS. The
shipping price is calculated in the price of each item listed on the shop page.
UPS Ground only delivers to residential addresses, in some cases, we may be
unable to fulfill your order if the receiving address is not residential (this
includes PO Boxes). If this occurs there may be different shipping methods
available, but you will be required to pay the increased postage price. There
is rare occasions where shipping might cost more than the item sold for, if
this happens, we will have to cancel the item, unless another address can be
provided.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Our Golf Garage. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our flexible return policy.

Return Period:
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received in. Any Item returned in worse condition will be subject price adjustment determined by the decrease in condition. A New club that is no longer in the wrapper will be considered to be used and price adjusted accordingly. Any product returned damaged is not eligible for a return/refund.

Refund Options:
Upon meeting the eligibility criteria, you have two refund options:

  1. 100% Store Credit: Receive a full refund in the form of store credit, which can be used towards future purchases.
  2. 100% Cash Return: Receive a full refund in cash, subject to a (3%-5%) credit fee and 15$ shipping fee.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at OurGolfGarage@gmail.com
  2. Package your item securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
  3. Attach return label provided by Our Golf Garage (Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping)
  4. Drop of at any location corresponding to the label (UPS or USPS)

Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.

Exclusions:
Certain items may not be eligible for return or may be subject to additional terms and conditions. These include but are not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturer defects.

Any customizations done by Our Golf Garage are not eligible for a refund. These include but are not limited to:

  • Grip cost and installation fee.
  • Club length adjustments.
  • Paint fill or customization
  • Re-shafting
  • Groove sharpening.
  • Refinishing
